Returns / Exchanges

Due to the fact that each item is custom made from imported material, all sales are final. We will, however, except exchanges for credit towards an item of equal or greater value within a 30 day period from the date of purchase. All items returned for exchange must be in saleable condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Murano Glass Jewelry items that are being returned for exchange must be received within 30 days of delivery. Items must be received in the same condition they were shipped. Used and wear-damaged items will not be considered for exchange. All exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of the original Invoice. When you ship an exchange item(s), you may ship by any carrier you choose. However, if the item is lost or damaged in transit, GINEVA is not responsible for the lost or damaged product(s). Your safest approach is to ensure the item(s) and the carrier will work with you for a replacement or refund should the item(s) be lost or damaged in transit. Any Murano Glass Jewelry items returned for exchange must be packaged securely and carefully. As all of our Murano Glass items are glass, they are fragile by nature. Failure to properly pack the Murano Glass Jewelry may result in breakage. Turnaround time for exchanges is usually within 7-10 business days of receipt.
