Gineva items are custom made from imported and hand-made material. All sales are final. In accordance with the Connecticut State Department of Consumer Affairs Returns and Exchanges laws, you are not entitled to a refund on custom-ordered or custom-made items. We will, however, except exchanges for credit towards an item(s) of equal or greater value within a 30 day period from the date of purchase as long as materials are available to produce the exchanged item(s).
GINEVA charges a 15% restocking fee to cover shipping and handling for exchanges.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGES
All items returned for exchange must be in saleable condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Murano Glass Jewelry items that are being returned for exchange must be received within 30 days of delivery. Items must be received in the same condition they were purchased in our stores or shipped from our studio. Used and wear-damaged items will not be considered for exchange. All exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt or Invoice and your full name and address for shipping the exchanged item(s). When you ship an exchange item(s), you may ship by any carrier you choose. However, if the item is lost or damaged in transit, GINEVA is not responsible for the lost or damaged product(s). Your safest approach is to ensure the item(s) and the carrier will work with you for a replacement or refund should the item(s) be lost or damaged in transit. Any Murano Glass Jewelry items returned for exchange must be packaged securely and carefully. As all of our Murano Glass items are glass, they are fragile by nature. Failure to properly pack the Murano Glass Jewelry may result in breakage. Turnaround time for exchanges is usually within 7-10 business days of receipt. Delays may be exoected if items are left at our store locations for exchange, or materials are not available to accomodate an exchange.
